Do I have to pay for shipping?
Not at all! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees or unexpected costs—the price shown at checkout is the final price for delivery to your door.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery for United States orders is 4–7 business days from the date of ordering, including processing and transit.

Yes, definitely! As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

What is your return policy?
For United States orders, Strorand accepts returns and exchanges of defective and non-defective new products within 30 days of delivery. Returns are by mail with a free prepaid label to download and print. There is no restocking fee. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the return.
